In early 2021 our new client Redis – one of the fastest growing tech companies – were for the second year running, hosting their annual conference for the global Developer community virtually.
Redis needed a streamlined platform and UX which showcased the brand, increased registrations, and delivered practical product education. Curating the perfect destination for personal and network development.
Our design-led platform featured live engagement tools to captivate visitor’s attention. An abundance of functionalities within the platform; sponsor booths, live chat discussion rooms, virtual ‘hang outs’, and daily games with live leader board; provided Redis with one multi-purpose efficient, yet effective solution.
With an array of content streams hosting over 100 live and on-demand sessions with experts, developers from all over the world could engage at a time convenient to them. Thus, maximising brand awareness and the opportunity for product education.
A fresh approach to virtual networking further enhanced relationships and built on the brand positioning for key stakeholders and developers.
Using real-time data integration with multiple platforms, we simplified the registration journey to align the UX with the Redis brand. This data sharing provided Redis with valuable CRM insights for sales opportunities. Dramatically increasing the events ROI.
This year’s RedisConf scaled to incredible heights and was the best ever. The platform delivered interactive, engaging, and intuitive experiences to the Redis community, customers, and partners. Above all, what I appreciated is your “can-do attitude”, taking feedback in your stride, your bend but not break mentality, and doing it all with a smile. Onwards to next year!
