Strata designed an innovative interactive campaign that targeted middle managers – key to leading London Underground to a better future through better engagement with their teams – with multi channel and multi platform content.
The campaign focused on enabling middle managers with bite sized inspiring and practical resources to support them day to day to engage better, based around popular themes, and to contribute by sharing best practice and advice with peers on a dedicated sharepoint portal.
The campaign uses video, podcasts, external inspirations and summarized tips and techniques in combination with suggested content links from the TfL learning and development team. Strata worked with key internal stakeholders, and trusted external specialists to build this library of relevant and applicable content, together with an engaging campaign narrative and look and feel, with launch video and other assets to make this campaign a success and deliver on objectives.
The content was accessible through middle manager’s smartphones and tablet devices, to stream or download, fitting in with their busy schedule and presented to provide immediate inspiration and practical application every day.
The campaign is ongoing, but initial metrics are showing record adoption and access by the audience and equally impressive approval ratings. The content is now planned to extend to line managers, increasing the audience four fold.
